Jing Tutorial on Web 2.0 Program (Livebinders)

Reflection about using Jing Tutorial on Web 2.0 Program (Livebinders):
The Jing tutorial is a great resource to demonstrate web and computer based programs. Once downloaded onto your computer it is relativity easy to create a video and share with others. For my Jing tutorial I used Livebinders. I choose this program because I have had great success organizing my own web-based materials by using it. Websites and links can get relatively confusing to organize and keep track of but Livebinders allows you to have a very visual way of organizing those tools and resources. In addition to organizing my own materials, I have been able to find other recourses that people have posted on their Livebinders. I shared this video with the teachers I was mentoring to show them how easy it is to organize material. In this mentoring session, we also talked about how, at the high school level, it would also be a site that their students might be interested in using for their own personal organization for instance when researching for a paper or creating a project that has multiple resources. Overall, this was a great program and a wonderful way of getting others started with using the tool.
